A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a reputable growing business based in Burton Upon Trent for a Customer Service Administrator to cover 6 months maternity cover.

Duties include:

- Processing orders on the in-house management system
- Liaising with customer’s regarding deliveries and scheduling of orders
- Updating customer stock sheets
- Arranging call off’s from stock
- Communicating with the production team and Account managers
- Organising proofing and following the process through to the final printed product
- Occasional face to face meetings with customers
- General filing within the department

Skills required for the role:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to multitask and prioritise
- Numeracy skills essential
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to learn technical information
- Take responsibility for own workload and customer base
- Team player to cover and assist other account executives
- Able to follow instruction and processes
- Computer literate and good experience in Excel

The normal working hours required to work are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm with an hour for lunch. You will benefit from 26 days holiday plus bank holidays and a salary of £21,000 (pro rata).
