Customer Service Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our team, initially to cover maternity leave. The position may become permanent following the initial contract term.
Duties include:
- Assist customers with waste collection bookings, quotations and taking payments over the phone.
- Update customer records with details of bookings, phone calls and other correspondence.
- Send reminders to customers when required by letter and phone.
- Assist customers with any queries they may have and log those, escalating to the correct person where necessary.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively
- Prior experience in customer service or related field is preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 10 months
Pay: £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
