Customer Service Administrator

Groomfield Recruitment are on lookout for a Customer Service Administrator to join our client's team based in Burton on Trent due to their growth and expansion. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact on customers' experiences.
Starting salary of £25,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience
Full-time role with a 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday
Based in the vibrant town of Burton on Trent
**As a Customer Service Administrator, your responsibilities will include**:
- Providing accurate information about products and orders
- Responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer complaints positively and effectively
- Maintaining customer records and updating customer information as needed
- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Adhering strictly to company rules and procedures
**The ideal Customer Service Administrator will have**:
- Strong attention to detail
- A passion for customer service
- Comfortable managing difficult situations with customers as they arise
- Strong administration skills
