We have an exciting opportunity to add four DSV administrators, based at our B&Q Branston facility. Drop ship is a supply chain management route in which B&Q do not keep goods in stock but instead transfer the customer orders and shipment details to eitherthe manufacturer or wholesaler, who then ships the goods directly to the customer. We currently work with 50+ vendors who supply a Drop Ship delivery for B&Q. Our vendors manage our customer contact and provide systematic order journey updates throughout.The DSV Management team are required to contribute to the successful and efficient operational activities within the DSV operation and to ensure the agreed service levels are achieved at the expectation of the customer (B&Q). The employee has a requirementto be flexible in order to ensure the needs of the business are met. They have a responsibility to their colleagues, customer and most importantly, B&Q's customers.

**Salary**: £20,500
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00
- Build and own effective relationships with suppliers and liaise regularly to become a vital link between them and B&Q as their first point of contact for any operational or compliance issues.
- Be mindful of any negative trends and escalate alongside any system or customer issues promptly with due priority.
- Analyse, communicate and feedback regularly to resolve compliance, performance and day to day issues.
- Conduct investigations into systematic, master data and procedural failures both internally and externally, escalate and monitor through to resolve.
- Liaise regularly with and provide prompt feedback and support to multiple stakeholders.
- Process vendor disputes in line with contractual agreements.
- Generate and distribute multiple reports throughout the day.
- Optimize the Drop Ship fulfilment Order well.
- Update and maintain B&Q records of their suppliers' accounts.
- Manage vendor stock inventory.
- Assist in achieving successful seasonal and promotional activity.
- Support the development, documentation and colleague training of all procedures.
- Conduct general administrative tasks.
- Respect and support your colleagues in achieving the team goal.
- Ensure the customer is at the heart of what we do.
- Adopt a culture of continuous improvement within the DSV management team.
- Uphold the standards of performance set by the customer, Wincanton and the DSV Management

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Excellent PC skills with good proficiency in the use of MS Excel (vlookup and calculative formulas), Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
- Excellent phone manner; is able to manage incoming/outgoing telephone calls politely and confidently
- Experience in liaising with multiple stakeholders to build strong relationships.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to identify trends and highlight potential gaps.
- Problem solving and decision making; actively seeks and is open minded to ideas, makes decision based on factual information and evidence, resolves issues promptly but also allows others to provide solutions
- Great communication skills; communicates simply and clearly, confidently challenges, shares ideas and information with others.
