2fawcett are currently recruiting for a Sales / Logistics Administrator to work in a busy and growing team
- To process purchase and sales orders and raising all necessary documentation associated with this which includes requesting currency, checking customer credit and special requirements.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and sales team.
- Internal liaison with the logistics and accounts department to ensure that customer needs are met.
- Receiving and checking documents and releasing materials in connection with importsand exports for the company.
- Liaising with warehouses, shipping lines and suppliers regarding all aspects of imports and exports.
- Internal stock control, to liaise with the warehouses and logistics/admin assistants to ensure that all stock levels are correct and accounted for.
- To process delivery requests for customers throughout the UK and overseas ensuring that we meet the customer delivery requirements and comply with internal procedures.
- Liaising with senior sales team, preparation of quotes, costings, problem solving and assisting internal and external staff.
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
