Administration Assistant

Bridge2Future Care Group are on the lookout for an Administration Assistant to join our Head Office team based in Burton on Trent.
The Administration Assistant role is a permanent, full time position, to be carried out between the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, though some flexibility may be required outside of these hours during busy periods.
The role of the Administration Assistant will involve:
- Managing accounts and keeping track of invoices
- Supporting with booking appointments and arranging maintenance visits
- Assisting with note taking in interviews or meetings as required
- Opening and sorting of company mail
- Scanning and filing of documents
- Assisting with recruitment activity as required, including arranging interviews and requesting employment references
- Completing tasks as set by the company directors
To be successful as our Administration Assistant, you will ideally need to possess:
- Some prior relevant experience within an administrative role, with the use of Microsoft office programmes including excel and word
- Previous experience of handling and directing incoming calls
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
