**Office Administrator/Executive Assistant**

You will be responsible for co-ordinating a range of administrative, financial and managerial tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis.

**MAIN DUTIES**
- Completing a distributing reports
- Facilities management including maintenance repairs and ordering equipment
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries, liaise with the property owner

when there are issues to resolve
- Purchasing indirect spend - raise orders, manage budget
- Responsible for company-wide communications
- Manage the company calendar
- Reception of sales company Guests - register overseas visitors
- Post - inbound and outbound
- Supporting all admin functions (HR, Finance, Customer Service), during times of peak

workload
- Supervising more junior administrative employees
- Arranging and hosting events for the UK & Ireland Sales Company management team.

**Requirements**:

- Successful experience as an Office Administrator / executive assistant role or equivalent
- Highly organised, with strong planning and project management skills
- Good PC and System Skills
- Excellent communication
