Proactive Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for our automotive client based in Burton on Trent.

**You must have a background in customer service to be considered for this role.**

45 hours (8.5 hour days between 07:30 - 18:00), and alternate Saturdays (5 hours).

You will be responsible for providing our clients existing customer base with exceptional customer service and delivering their product requirements on a daily basis via telephone and over the sales counter.

You will:

- Ensure the products supplied are 100% accurate.
- Offer high quality customer service day in, day out.
- Communicate offers and promotions to the network of customers
- Work closely with logistics to ensure all parts are delivered
- Be branch based
- Be willing to work as part of a team to maintain high standards.

£26,000 - £28,000 per annum.
