You will provide administrative support to the People experience team at Junior Adventures Group. From getting our people off to a flying start, to providing operational best practice advice across the full spectrum of HR and keeping our department organised and efficient; you’ll create and maintain a dynamic workplace culture that supports the achievement of results. You’ve got an eye for detail and understand the importance of confidentiality, empathy and relationship building to keep our people happy.

**A day of play**
- Build, strengthen and maintain strong relationships by helping and advising our people on P&C related queries.
- Provide day to day advice to Line Managers and our people on all general P&C related queries, escalating the more complex issues to the People Advisor and Head of People Experience.
- Support the People Advisor with paperwork relating to employee relations including disciplinary and grievance issues, people changes and employee benefits.
- Support the People & Culture Advisor and their responsibilities in the development and improvement of People & Culture policies and procedures.
- Support when necessary to carry out full on-boarding of new employees including; offer letter, DBS check, references, verification of rights to work, contracts of employment, uniforms and ID.
- Ensure all people get a world class experience when they leave the company and all necessary paperwork and processes are followed.
- Maintain and update Personnel records and the company HR information system.
- Process all relevant paperwork to ensure the accurate and timely payment of delivery and support team payroll.
- Register and maintain employee pension fund accounts
- Record all Performance Development Reviews (PDR) and Probationary Reviews
- Collate and maintain department reports - headcount, induction, training, payroll, annual leave, performance management, maternity/paternity and sickness reports
- Conduct people health checks (audits) to ensure all people practices and documents are in place
- Treat every interaction and conversation with a high level of confidentiality and diplomacy.
- Proactively take the lead in your own personal development
