FinTech RS has been approached by a well-established local client to assist them in their recruitment of an Accounts Assistant on a Part Time basis, starting ASAP at their office in Westhill, Aberdeenshire. This is a permanent position, and Hybrid working is available.

The main duties of this role are:

- Ensure timely and correct processing of invoices and bank transactions within the Purchase ledger function.
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of monthly bank and intercompany account reconciliations.
- To make sure that all information requests and inquiries from the Group and its suppliers are promptly addressed.
- Ensure CIS and VAT regulations are followed
- To provide support for other financial responsibilities as needed.
- Create and maintain productive working relationships both internally and externally to ensure the successful completion of all tasks that fall under your responsibility.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 22-30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Westhill: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
