We have an exciting new opportunity for a Reporting Administrator/Data Coordinator to join the Academic Ventures & Technology team in Imperial College’s EnterpriseDivision.

This role sits within the Academic and Technology Ventures (ATV) team which is part of the Enterprise Division at Imperial College. Enterprise works with industry, academics, students and technology investors to build valuable relationships and explore research, translation and intellectual property (IP) commercialisation opportunities, growing research and improving the likelihood of successful technology translation, and its beneficial impact.

**Duties and responsibilities**:
You will be a key member in the College’s Enterprise Division supporting decision making, reporting and communicating its translational impact. Enterprise has a 5 year 2018/2023 objective to become a leader in capturing, using and communicating innovative, robust, trusted, immediate and useful inventive output performance data to support decision making, promote the College, attract talent, and in participate, influence and report to Government and its initiatives (e.g. Knowledge Exchange Frameworks, KEF).

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Reporting Administrator/Data Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to our Business Analytics Manager and ATV Director, you will mainly be responsible for handling the usage of data, database systems reporting requirements with security, confidentiality, efficiency and robustness.

**Essential requirements**:
The successful individual will have good analytical skills, attention to details, and will be joining a fast-paced dynamic environment, using tools such as Excel, Power BI and Salesforce.

Combining strong relationship and organisational skills with a can-do attitude you will be required to adapt constantly to changing priorities and efficiently manage multiple, concurrent activities in this fast-paced environment.

**Further information**:
This is a full time and fixed term role for 8 months as a maternity cover.

**This role may be suitable as a secondment for those who would like to progress their career and/or experience working in a different part of the College.**
- The College is currently trialling a _Work Location Framework_until early 2023. Hybrid working may be considered for this role and the role holder may be expected to work 60% or more of their time onsite, with 40% the minimum time spent onsite. The opportunity for hybrid working will be discussed at interview._
