**Duties and responsibilities**:
You will be the primary contact for the Business School’s alumni community and will manage the alumni database.

You will be a champion of alumni engagement and will enthusiastically contribute to the goal of increasing alumni engagement (e.g., volunteering, student recruitment and employability, culture of philanthropy and giving, events and communications) in support of the Business School’s strategic priorities.

It is important that you are a self-driven individual with a strong relationship building background and highly organised. You should also have the ability to manage, analyse and report on data.

**Essential requirements**:

- Experience of working with databases or CRM systems
- Experience of data analysis and segmentation
- Experience of working and communicating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time while meeting deadlines and ensuring quality
- A self-starter who has a flexible approach, setting and re-assessing priorities and managing workload with mínimal supervision
- Excellent oral communication skills, including a confident, helpful and professional telephone manner
- A flexible approach to working, able to work evenings and weekends on occasion, including a willingness to travel within the UK
- Demonstrated computer competency and preferably knowledgeable of the Microsoft Office package, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, as well as the ability to learn new software systems
