Payroll & Systems Administrator (Internal

**Main job purpose**
The postholder will provide support to the Reward Advisor and Senior Reward Partner with a focus on payroll and system administration.
This role is part of a wider People & Change team, including People Administrators, Advisors and Partners, which is committed to delivering an expert, proactive and effective HR support to the museum.
**Key responsibilities**
- Pension administration including auto enrolment, data cleansing, annual benefit statements, queries from current and past scheme members
- Update and maintain the HR database, Cascade, including data cleansing where appropriate, administer the annual leave, close and carry process
- Process MI data requests from Cascade, support the production of monthly management information packs for staffing committee and other Management Information requests as required, including data required for statutory purposes (DCMS, ONS etc.)
- Support the Reward Manager and Senior Reward Partner to collate required information for audits relating to payroll, pension, and reward
- Work flexibly with colleagues within the People team, particularly the People Administration team, supporting the team at times of peak demand. Responding to the different and occasionally conflicting demands and deadlines of a busy environment
