The role of Progression Coordinator sits within the Reward team and will support the Progression Manager to ensure all progression processes, encompassing promotions, establishment review and job evaluation are delivered efficiently and effectively across Imperial.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the smooth operation and administration of the Imperial’s annual and termly Progression exercises and the Establishment Review process.
- Provide support for the Job Evaluation process.

**Essential requirements**:

- Education - Completion of A Levels or equivalent
- Experience and understanding of a Job Evaluation methodology
- Experience of working in a large and complex organisation
- Experience of dealing with managers, public and other individuals in a professional and sensitive manner
- Experience of working in higher education, healthcare, NHS, public sector, government, or similar environment
- Experience of working independently and working effectively within a team
