As Employee Relations Administrator, you will work directly with the Head of Employee Relations, Senior ER Managers and ER Advisers providing a professional, timely and accurate administrative support for the ER team and helping to deliver an excellent ER service which demonstrates clear value to all stakeholders.

**Duties and responsibilities**:
Your key responsibilities will be:

- To take accurate notes at hearings and meetings, transcribing and presenting them within the required deadline.
- Set up disciplinary, resolution and appeal hearings -preparing, co-ordinating and circulation of papers and other relevant information for panels and attending the hearing to take minutes.
- Assist with the preparation of paperwork for Employment Tribunals.
- To support and manage Sickness absence cases for first stage short-term sickness absence. Attend and support sickness ‘drop-in’ sessions, meeting and advising managers on first level sickness absence advice.
- Support the administrative arrangements and also present on workshops delivered by the team.
- Produce reports on ER data

**Essential requirements**:
You will have a strong interest in Employee Relations, and you must be data focused; demonstrating an ability to analyse a wide range of information/data.

In addition, you will possess the following experience:

- Taking notes at meetings.
- Have worked in an HR or related department.
- Working effectively within a team.
- Providing a responsive, high-quality customer-focused service.
- Running and producing excel reports to a high standard.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines

**Further information**:

- The College is currently trialling a Work Location Framework until early 2023. Hybrid working may be considered for this role and the role holder may be expected to work 60% or more of their time onsite, with 40% the minimum time spent onsite. The opportunity for hybrid working will be discussed at interview._
