Our client is looking for an Accounts Administrator for a contract position located in Aberdeen City (Hybrid Working), to provide finance and accounting assistance to Well Accountants and Senior Well Accountants in the execution of their daily project well accounting tasks.

Purpose of Role:
To provide finance and accounting assistance to Well Accountants and Senior Well Accountants in the execution of their daily project well accounting tasks.

Key Accountabilities:

- To log purchase invoices, cover sheet ready for Well Accountant approval.
- Co-ordinate approvals of purchase invoices.
- To raise sales invoices as required in a timely manner.
- Check statements, ensuring that all purchase invoices are accounted for and progressing through the approval process.
- General Assistance to Senior and Well Accountants.
- Perform ad hoc duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Administration assistant experience an advantage
- Experience of working on an ERP system advantageous
- Excellent excel skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and demonstrate good time management skills.
- Good communication skills with all levels of staff
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deliver objectives and deliverables to deadlines
- Analytical ability
- Attention to detail
