**Administrative Officer - VR/29287**:

As Administrator, you will be supporting a local company within the third sector on a fixed term contract basis. Your day to day will involve administration for both the fundraising and facilities team to ensure the smooth running of activities. Due to location of the offices, you will ideally require access to a car / driving license.

**Reporting to the Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for**:

- Recording any donations and supporting the donor management function via internal database.
- Supporting with data/statistic collection.
- Supporting with the development of fundraising and marketing materials.
- Supporting with the website and social media.
- Updating policies/procedures.
- Handling the invoice collation/tracking.
- Supporting with basic accounting and bookkeeping.
- Supporting with donor meetings and events.
- Other general administrative roles within the office such as room bookings, diaries and procurement.

**Applicants to this role require**
- Excellent IT skills and strong knowledge Microsoft Office package.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Experience of working with CRM system.
- Experience of accounting and bookkeeping.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and a friendly, approachable manner.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent collaborative and team skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work flexibly.
- A driving license would be beneficial.
