Administrative Support Position

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Administrative Support Officer to join our team at ICR in Aberdeen.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain job-specific qualifications while earning a salary and contributing to the company's success.

The primary responsibility of the Administrative Support Officer role is to provide administrative support to our Business Manager and Operations teams in delivering our products and services efficiently.

This varied position will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to gain working knowledge of our business, learning how best to support the business from an administrative perspective.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive candidate who is ready to meet new challenges, gain work experience, and make a meaningful contribution to the company's success.

The ideal candidate should hold a minimum National 4 English and Maths qualifications. They should possess excellent organisational and time management skills, good numeracy, written and verbal communication skills, and be confident in their MS office skills.

The apprentice will work under supervision and be assigned a mentor in the organisation who will prioritise time for necessary training.

Salary: £19,000 - £24,000 per annum

Location: Aberdeen
