Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our team in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will have a strong background in travel booking and internal communications. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Travel Coordination:

  4. Provide itinerary details and manage any last-minute changes or adjustments.
  5. Internal Communications Support:
  6. Act as a point of contact for internal communications within the company.
  7. Disseminate key information to team members and assist with organizing internal meetings or events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
