Administrative Support Specialist

An exciting role has arisen for a full-time Receptionist/Administrator to join Aramark's onsite Facilities Management team, providing exceptional service to a prominent oil & gas client in the city centre.
Job OverviewThis fixed-term contract is to cover maternity leave. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Greeting visitors and ensuring they are met by their host
- Dealing with incoming calls to reception via Switchboard
You will be responsible for administrating meeting room bookings and stationery, updating floor plans, coordinating requests with onsite maintenance and hygiene teams, operating Maximo software for purchase orders, invoices, and more.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you must have:
- Resided in the UK for the past 5 years with a legal right to work
- Passed full security vetting and DBS checks
- Basic computer literacy
- Previous experience in a similar role (desirable but not required)
