**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Assist in daily office needs and manage general administrative activities.
Office Management: Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures; control correspondence, monitor clerical functions, and manage office layouts and equipment.
Records Management: Maintain and update company records, including employee information, certification, and office policies. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all records.
Human Resources Support: Assist in HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and administering benefits.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, related to office operations.
**Skills**:
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant administrative role would be nice but not essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
**Working Conditions**:
Office-based environment.
Regular working hours, typically Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.
May require occasional lifting and carrying of office supplies and equipment.
