Office Administrator

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks, as well as providing support to our team members.

**Duties**:

- Manage office operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings
- Provide general administrative support to team members

**Experience**:

- Proficient in using QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document management and collaboration
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Data entry experience with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous administrative or clerical experience is preferred
