Deeside Heating is a small business operating across the AB postcode. We have a team of mobile engineers who carry out Plumbing and Heating work at domestic and commercial premises.
We have a office at Waterloo Quay in Aberdeen. As the company continues to expand we are looking to take on a part time office admin.

You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing support to the team, and maintaining office efficiency. - Assist with answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Coordinate engineer diaries on our job management software.
- Assist with processing engineer job reports on our system, invoicing, ordering parts.
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records

- Proficient in computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Ability to work well in a team as well as able to work on own initiative
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Logistical experience would be a plus
