The company currently has a position for an office administrator, with duties including organising delivery paperwork, assisting with the purchasing process, managing the company's vehicles, helping with accounting processes and answering spare parts queries. Experience with administrative tasks would be essential and any experience in the agricultural industry or engineering experience would be a bonus. Computer literacy would be essential to this position and the correct applicant would have to have a positive attitude and a good work ethic.

The position comes with the following benefits:

- Competitive hourly rate that would be dependent on skill and experience.
- A £300 attendance bonus is paid monthly if the standard hours are all worked. To clarify this is a bonus for simply starting on time and coming to your work; attendance is that important to the company.
- The annual holiday entitlement is 28 days with 20 flexible days.
- Every winter hot meals are provided for lunch as part of the package.
- The position is incredibly secure and stable; the company has been in business for 72 years and has never made an employee redundant.
