MK is recruiting for an experienced Operations Administrator to join our client based in Aberdeen. This is a newly created role and reports directly to the Office Manager.
**Whats on Offer**:
- Salary in region of £24 - 27k
- Benefits including; pension life assurance and private healthcare, 30 days holiday.
- Ideally 2-3 years administration experience
- Must have full UK drivers license
- Experience using Xero accounts - **preferred**:
- Organised, punctual and a good communicator
**The Role**:
- Processing purchase orders and entry of basic accounts to Xero
- Processing client orders and answering any sales enquiries
- Being first point of contact for any calls/enquiries
- Administrative tasks such as invoicing, creation of bills of materials, sales administration and contracts
- Producing sales quotes
