Social Values and L&d Officer

**One of the UK's premier Facilities Management (FM) providers are now looking to develop their Social Values function dedicated to their major account, operating in the City of London.**
**The client are the Authority for tor the City's Square Mile, consisting of old, listed and prestigious buildings, but also other organisations, in private education for example. The employer's account team provide maintenance and building service across these facilities.**
This role is to strengthen the resilience of the Account team through creating and developing a learning environment. This role will work in collaboration to ensure that an Facilities Management, Security and Customer service culture is created and maintained, whilst spear heading social value initiatives across the contract.
You will be implementing an effective learning and development culture. You will help promote a safe, secure and welcoming working environment for staff and visitors through focusing on continuous improvements, deploying the latest learning techniques and initiatives. They will create a learning environment where Placemakers can flourish and drive social value initiatives alongside the Management Teams.

Further actions will include:
- Ensure that every member of the workforce is trained, vetted and licensed in accordance with the Private Security Industry Act 2001, BS7499 and BS7858.
- Responsible for the delivery of a robust Learning and Development programme across the account.
- Implement an effective training strategy that drives contract performance and Placemaker development
- Work closely with L&D colleagues to create a key network to deliver L&D success
- Drive the apprenticeship offering on the contract, working with central L&D Teams to improve the offer to Placemakers and support career development.
- Seek new ways of learning delivery through technology and industry leading techniques
- Provide in person, physical classroom training and support to Placemakers where required
- Work as a key member of the Senior Leadership team with a focus on attitudes and behaviour and the impact this has on Employee Engagement
We need from you:
- Previous experience delivering training/ learning initiatives within public or private sector
- Highly driven and self starting individual**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £40,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
