L&D Assistant required for IMMEDIATE START
- Six month temporary role for a Management Consultantcy based in London

**About Our Client**:
You will be working for a Global Management Consultancy in the heart of the city in London.

The key responsibilities of the L&D Assistant will be as follows:Manage administrative tasks in the Learning Management System for various training programmes. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Sourcing facilitators
- Sending registration communication
- Creating courses and classes
- Registering participants
- Supporting virtual sessions (facilitating the chat, break out room etc.)
- Tracking attendance & rescheduling learners
- After class management
- Feedback reporting
- Support with administrative tasks for the team
- Work closely together with the L&D Manager to support the overall organisation and delivery of the training programmes.
- Organise room bookings and catering requests when required for in person training
- Excel reporting (creating, tracking, updating)

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful L&D Assistant should have:

- 2+ years experience in admin support, preferably in a L&D or HR setting
- A strong passion and interest in Learning & Development
- Knowledge of Outlook, Zoom and Excel
- Knowledge of Learning Management Software is a plus
