We are looking for an ambitious and dedicated L&D Advisor to join our L&D function.

**About the Role** The L&D Function is part of the firm's HR Function. We support all partners & employees globally, working alongside our internal stakeholders & our external consultants who we partner with to design and deliver world-class professional skills training programmes,development programmes, coaching, mentoring and other professional development activities.

Role Purpose:
To advise on, manage and support all learning & development programmes & initiatives run by the L&D function, including any regulatory learning compliance and study assistance processes and queries.

Key responsibilities:

- Support the L&D Managers with the day-to-day L&D queries from the practice groups, arranging any practice group specific training programmes
- Lead on the quality and relevance of various L&D programmes assigned to you from time to time, for example all paralegal programmes
- Support the firm-wide mentoring programme
- Lead on obtaining nominations onto programmes and the CMS Academy
- Lead on study assistance queries, professional qualifications advice, annual declarations and CPD queries from the PG
- Support L&D Managers with the practice group specific communications
- Keep the Head of L&D & L&D Managers updated on all practice group /regional matters you will have responsibility for
- Support awareness-raising of the L&D curriculum
- Observe, review, and appraise training delivery by external consultants as required
- Ensure that all L&D content on the intranet, brochures, webpages and content across the firm is up to date and consistent.
- Co-ordinate any psychometric assessment processes and feedback sessions required as part of development programmes
- Produce management information for agreed programmes and practice groups
