Frazer Jones is pleased to support a leading global hedge fund in their search for a dynamic individual to join their Learning and Development (L&D) team. The organization is experiencing substantial growth, and we are committed to enhancing their Learning function.

We are in search of a motivated and skilled professional to assist the L&D team on a global scale from a coordination perspective. This role offers the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities as the team evolves. It is a newly created position that allows for autonomy, encourages innovative ideas, and invites you to be part of an exciting journey as they advance their Learning and Development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the L&D Manager in organizing and scheduling comprehensive training sessions across the firm (both internal and external), handling all associated logistics.
  • Ensure the effective execution of all Learning & Development programs.
  • Coordinate and manage invitations for onboarding sessions for junior Investment professionals.
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of the internship program.
  • Help maintain current L&D offerings on shared platforms.
  • Support the nomination process for all training initiatives and keep relevant tracking documents updated.
  • Utilize previous experience to contribute insights towards the development of training programs.
  • Evaluate feedback and trends to continuously enhance L&D efforts.
  • Assist with any additional L&D requests as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in L&D or HR, with a desire to further a career in the learning and development sector.
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, Webex, and other relevant software.
  • A proactive approach to learning existing processes and contributing to the growth of the L&D function through the successful execution of assigned projects.
