Role Overview
As a key member of our in-house HR Team, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing the annual training strategy based on employee appraisals and learning needs assessments.
- Collaborating with the L&D team to organize our annual staff conference.
- Facilitating the implementation of the annual training strategy as part of our HR People Plan.
- Designing and delivering training sessions tailored to various employee levels, from entry-level to mid-management.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A solid understanding of L&D principles with practical experience in training delivery.
- Experience in budgeting and developing annual training plans.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data analysis.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent professional experience.
