Role Overview
As a key member of our in-house HR Team, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing the annual training agenda based on employee appraisals and learning needs assessments.
- Collaborating with the L&D team to organize our annual staff conference.
- Facilitating the execution of the annual training agenda as part of our HR People Strategy.
- Designing and delivering training sessions tailored to various employee levels, from entry-level to mid-management.
Candidate Profile
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- A solid understanding of L&D principles with practical experience in training delivery.
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and the ability to create comprehensive training plans.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data analysis.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent professional experience.
