To bolster our impactful work, we are looking for a Learning & Development Advisor to play a crucial role in the management and execution of our learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

As a member of our dedicated HR team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing the annual training strategy based on employee appraisals and learning needs assessments.
  • Collaborating with the L&D team to organize our annual staff conference.
  • Facilitating the implementation of the annual training strategy aligned with our HR People Plan.
  • Designing and delivering training sessions tailored to various employee levels, from entry-level to mid-management.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A solid understanding of L&D principles with practical experience in training delivery.
  • Knowledge of budgeting processes and the ability to create annual training plans.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data analysis.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent professional experience.
