Role Overview
As a key member of our in-house HR Team, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing the annual training strategy based on staff evaluations and learning needs assessments.
- Collaborating with the L&D team to orchestrate our annual staff conference.
- Facilitating the broader organization through the execution of the annual training strategy, integral to our HR People Plan.
- Designing and delivering training sessions tailored to various employee levels, from entry-level to mid-management.
Candidate Profile
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- A solid understanding of L&D principles with practical experience in training delivery.
- Expertise in budgeting and formulating annual training strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data analysis.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent professional experience.
