Role Overview

As a key member of our in-house HR Team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing the annual training strategy based on staff evaluations and learning needs assessments.
  • Collaborating with the L&D team to orchestrate our annual staff conference.
  • Facilitating the broader organization through the execution of the annual training strategy, integral to our HR People Plan.
  • Designing and delivering training sessions tailored to various employee levels, from entry-level to mid-management.

Candidate Profile

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A solid understanding of L&D principles with practical experience in training delivery.
  • Expertise in budgeting and formulating annual training strategies.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data analysis.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent professional experience.
