Job Summary:

Squarepoint Capital, a global investment management firm, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning and Development Coordinator to join our Recruiting and Talent Development team in London. As a key member of our global team, you will play a critical role in improving and delivering our Learning and Development program globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule firm-wide trainings, arranging all related logistics and ensuring a smooth running of all Learning and Development programs.
  • Coordinate and arrange invites for onboarding programs for Investment juniors and manage the entire cycle of Squarepoint's internship program.
  • Assist with keeping all current L&D offerings updated on shared platforms and assist with the nomination process for all training programs.
  • Provide insight towards developing training programs by leveraging prior experience and analyze feedback/trends to continually improve L&D efforts.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc L&D requests as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience, L&D experience at a hedge fund or similar investment management firm preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with exceptional organizational skills and an acute attention to detail.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent and strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with teammates globally.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office tools, Webex and other relevant software.
  • Show readiness to hit the ground running, learn existing processes, and contribute to the growth of the L&D function through the successful completion of assigned project.
