Customer Administrator

The Primo Group are purveyors of private and rare number plates and have been operating since 2012. Our offices are based within walking distance from Fleet town Centre.
Due to continued expansion, we are excited to be recruiting a Customer Administrator to join our tight knit team. You would be responsible for the administration of customers purchases. You'll be processing the customers paperwork, keeping them up to date every stage of the way.
Due to the nature of the role, you will naturally be a self-starter and your own biggest competition. You will ideally have an interest or basic knowledge of number plates, but your administration experience, impeccable phone manner and ability to understand and pre-empt customers is the biggest requirement.
We are passionate about plates and our work has been featured in publications such as Autocar, F1 Magazine and the Ferrari Owners Club Magazine. We keep our nose to the ground for the most sought after and rare plates and our ‘pinch me’ moment was selling the AU1 plate from the Bond movie Goldfinger
In reward, we are offering a highly attractive hourly rate of £10.42 per hour. The role is 15 hours per week, working 3 hours a day starting at 8am. You will be based at our casual, comfortable and COVID-secure offices in Fleet. We pride ourselves on being a fun, friendly and supportive team. On site parking is provided.
