Permanent - FULL TIME - 40 hours per week

**Location**: Primarily based in the Fleet area, but will be required to work at other locations when required
**The Role**
Corrigenda are looking to appoint a passionate Senior Contract Administrator to support the
successful running of the local maintenance contracts. You will be responsible
for the co-ordination and management of customer service requests and driving through efficiencies, all whilst ensuring exceptional communication with our clients and internal team members.
You will also be required to assist and deputise for the Administration Manager in your area when required, taking on additional responsibilities.
**Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to;**
- Ensure any client database systems are correctly updated with progress of jobs and the information we are providing is accurate
- Manage aged jobs, communicating with the Management team to ensure all jobs are in progress and updating the client frequently
- Build strong relationships with clients in relation to processes and administration for their contracts
- Encourage effective communication between management, helpdesk staff and other colleagues within the business
- Chase outstanding purchase orders from the client, providing updates to the client and the Contract Management team
- Produce the monthly client reports
- Ensure contract KPI and SLA’s are being met and identify any shortfalls to the appropriate Contract Manager
- Proactively work with subcontractors to obtain updates and scheduled attendance dates and ensure this is recorded accurately within the systems
- Raise requests from the client within the system and progress them appropriately
- Seek and respond to customer feedback
- Ensure helpdesk phone calls are being answered promptly
- Participate in contract handover meetings for renewals and new customers
- Work closely with Administration Manager to run performance stats for the administration team and discuss improvement areas
- Be an escalation point for the helpdesk team with any administration/contract related queries
- Act as a mentor to any apprentices within the administration team
- Expected to offer suggestions for any noted process improvements and develop the new procedures
- Be a systems super user - providing support and training to the team
- Establish high morale, passion and enthusiasm within the team including engineers
- Work with Administration Manager to ensure the helpdesk team have cover at all times and can function normally to cover periods of sickness and holiday

- Experience of service delivery with a high level of customer service focus
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Flexible attitude and proactive nature, with the ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work both independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio and Word)
**Package**
Basic salary up to £32,000 (depending on experience)
