**What you’ll do**

This role sits in the Sales Operations team within the Commercial and Marketing organisation in Vodafone Business.

The Sales Optimisation Lead is responsible for partnering with sales to power up productivity and drive operational excellence. This role will be a key contributor for the SPARK program for consistent sales processes across all segments including Vodafone Group Enterprise (VGE) integration.
- Review existing sales processes across all segments; Soho, SME, Health, Corporate, Critical Infrastructure, VBSE
- Create roadmap of opportunity for simplification and value enhancement
- Optimise system processes for sales teams, looking for way to remove steps and automate.
- Govern new launches and/or proposed changes to sales process ensuring they are fit for purpose.

**Who you are**
- Strong working knowledge of Sales processes and systems, preferably has customer facing or channel partner experience.
- Thorough and methodical approach to understanding the E2E customer journey & experience.
- Experience of working on a large project or programme,
- Experience of conducting impact assessments and planning and managing operational readiness activities.
- Structured working approach and project management skills, able to manage project and business demands whilst proactively planning with the bigger picture in mind.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills enabling cross-functional collaboration up to Senior level. Strong communication and presentation skills
- Adaptable and resilient, able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
