An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the sales team at Donnington Grove, a Country Estate near Newbury, Berkshire. Nestled in 500 acres of beautiful countryside at the foothills of Donnington Castle**.**

Key Responsibilities/Attributes;
- Receive telephone and e mail sales enquiries and convert into contracted bookings through generating proposals and following up with clients through effective communication.
- Dealing with a wide variety of clients from handling enquiries, finalising details of their events through to billing and accurate record keeping.
- To assist the Conference and Reservations Manager in achievement of monthly sales revenue targets
- Effective diary management to ensure optimisation of letting capacity and yield achievement
- Undertake after sales telephone activity post event as well as regular customer relationship management (CRM) activity.
- Arrange and conduct show rounds of the Venue
- To liaise with the operations team to provide a seamless handover of event details to ensure expertly delivered events

We’re looking for a strong team player willing to lend a hand wherever needed.

40 Hours per week with some weekend work expected.

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
