Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized In-Person Event Specialist to join our team at Visit, Inc. in Newbury, UK. The ideal candidate will have experience in complex, large-scale events and smaller executive-level intimate events.

About the Job:
The successful candidate will work closely with our team to prepare for each event, including virtual planning meetings, managing check-in processes, and escalating issues when necessary. You will also be responsible for breaking down after each event, helping to clean the site and repackaging materials for shipping.

Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare for each event by attending virtual planning meetings and coordinating logistics
- Manage check-in process for in-person events
- Work with the onsite team to ensure a high-quality customer experience

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in event coordination or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed
