Our client, a truly global automotive technology leader, is looking for a Digital Sales and Service Specialist to significantly boost their Independent Automotive Aftermarket business.
As the driving force of their digital sales growth, you’ll collaborate closely with target customers and colleagues to introduce new digital solutions and services and play a key role in executing the client's go-to-market strategy.
What's in it for you? A competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000, an annual bonus, a company car, life assurance, and 25 days of holidays, plus other great benefits.
This is a national role, so you can be based anywhere in the UK.
The role:
- Working hand-in-hand with the Sales, Marketing, and Technical Services teams to identify market-ready digital solutions for UK and Irish customers.
- Developing detailed sales plans and targets for key digital products in the automotive aftermarket portfolio, including Remote Diagnostics, Workshop Management Systems, Connected Repair, Workshop Order Manager, Service Contracts, and the client's Loyalty Scheme.
- Creating Customer Acquisition Projects with the sales and marketing teams to target customers and sales channels.
- Setting up KPIs and tracking tools to monitor the introduction and performance of new products and their market growth and penetration.
- Designing and implementing strategies and processes for the roll-out of new services, ensuring an excellent customer experience and engagement.
You:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general IT competency.
- Knowledge of cloud computing, digital/online services, APIs, and internet and communication protocols.
- An understanding of automotive aftermarket sales channels, major market players, and automotive repair processes, including vehicle diagnostics.
