**What you’ll do**
The Rationalisation Specialist represents the Business Sales area within Migrations Rationalisation. They will support any sales-related rationalisation activity, with account-level investigation/rectification of customer accounts, working with the sales teams to ready the Business customer base to be migrated onto the CCS platform.
Specifically this role will be aligned to Heritage Mobile Decommissioning (HMD) otherwise known as Project Victoria within Vodafone, which is a multi-year transformation programme that will uplift CCS to be “ready for Enterprise,” and migrate the Enterprise segments across from our legacy billing platform ( Libra Gemini and Corporate Gemini.)
- Working with the Rationalisation Business Analyst in the Migrations Team, perform investigations on the data from exclusions leading to the full definition in order that an implementation plan to resolve can be formed.
- Collaborate with account managers and other relevant Business stakeholders to understand data and perform discovery work to establish causes/trends and provide insight back to the project.
- Agree resolutions with the Rationalisation Project Manager and work with Sales and back-office teams where required to implement.
- Support the project by identifying any gaps in process, policy and system relating to Sales that will prevent the re-occurrence of rationalisation and work these through to resolution with the Sales Readiness Lead.
- Facilitate communications to Sales Agents to update or provide reminders on best practice.
- Support Sales Readiness Lead to instigate any campaigns resulting from migrations findings as part of the Rationalisation Implementation Plan.
- Provide reports/updates and hold regular governance meetings with senior Sales Managers to consult and gain any approvals required.
- Work closely with the Sales Readiness Lead and Sales SME to align on sales representation and coverage.
- Identify risks, issues and dependencies, escalating for support where required.
