**Are you passionate about fostering a positive and progressive Employee Relations culture?**
- If you excel in providing professional support and guidance in ER matters, we have an exciting opportunity for you as an Employee Relations Advisor. Join our dynamic team and contribute to the enhancement of our workforce relations across our network.
- In your role as an Employee Relations Advisor, you'll be at the forefront of fostering positive workplace relations within our organisation. Your main responsibilities include providing guidance on policies and procedures, facilitating productive Employee Council meetings, and supporting local managers in maintaining satisfactory industrial relations.

Additionally, you'll build and maintain relationships with trade union representatives, serving as a conduit for constructive dialogue and collaboration. Your proactive approach and interpersonal skills will be crucial in promoting a harmonious work environment and ensuring the wellbeing of our employees.
- If this sounds like your thing, we’d love to hear from you.

**Key responsibilities**:

- This is a varied and challenging role, but here is a taste of what your day-to-day activities could include:

- Act as the main liaison between the ER and People Advisory Services teams.
- Provide guidance on policy interpretation and case management.
- Facilitate Employee Council meetings and manage agendas and minutes.

You should be adept at building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation, from front-line managers to trade union representatives. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathetically will be instrumental in fostering trust and collaboration, ultimately contributing to a positive and harmonious work environment.
