Job Summary:

  • Provide generalist HR support, including employee relations, recruitment, and development.
  • Support management team with HR advice, policy implementation, and best practices.
  • Maintain compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Contribute to the delivery of key HR initiatives aligned with the company's growth plans.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar HR role, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing.
  • CIPD Level 3 or above qualified.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Monday-to-Friday schedule with opportunities to make a real impact.

Salary Range:

The estimated annual salary for this position is £36,000 - £41,000, based on experience.
