We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team at Permanent Futures, a leading manufacturer in the FMCG packaging sector. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support on all aspects of employee relations.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated HR professional to take on a new challenge with a dynamic and forward-thinking organization.

The successful candidate will have experience in employee relations, recruitment and development, and will be able to provide HR advice and support to the management team.

You will be responsible for ensuring that our workforce is engaged, motivated, and productive, and that our employment practices are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and support on employee relations matters
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations and ensure positive workplace culture
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar HR role within an FMCG or manufacturing environment
  • CIPD Level 3 or above qualified
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
