Employee Relations Specialist

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team in Leeds as an HR Advisor. In this role, you will work closely with the HR Business Partners and Training Manager to deliver high-quality HR services to our teams.
As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on key HR data/KPIs, identifying trends and working with the HR Business Partner to address any underlying issues. You will also assist in training and coaching managers on key policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a generalist HR/ER background. Ideally, you will have experience of supporting colleagues on a remote basis and possess good commercial awareness and up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
