Job Description

Folk Recruitment Limited are supporting a Professional Services organisation with the recruitment of an Employee Relations Specialist. This role has resulted in the expansion of the existing team, providing opportunities for growth and development.

The organisation is based in West Yorkshire and has a hybrid working pattern in place, offering flexibility to its employees. As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will be expected to work in the office 2-3 days per week.

The role involves providing HR support to the organisation, including employee relations, recruitment, and other HR-related tasks. You will work closely with the management team to ensure effective communication and conflict resolution within the organisation.

As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will have the opportunity to broaden your knowledge and skills in HR and contribute to the growth and success of the organisation.

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven experience in employee relations and HR
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
