We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Expert to join our team, supporting Care Services across the UK. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert advice and guidance to managers across all levels, ensuring that employment law and company policies are followed.

Working closely with our case management system, Service Now, you will proactively manage a caseload of around 60 cases, ensuring timely and commercially focussed resolution to issues. You will coach and influence managers of varying seniority, building great relationships, and maintain and promote relationships while working collaboratively with our People business partner team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex employee relations cases
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to managers
  • Escalating high-risk cases or non-conformance in a timely manner
  • Maintaining relationships while working collaboratively with the People business partner team
