Employee Relations Professional

A Professional Services organisation based in West Yorkshire is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to join their team. As a result of expanding their HR offering, they require someone to deliver HR services including employee relations case management, coaching support, and guidance on formal and informal people matters.
This role involves providing advice and guidance to line management and colleagues on HR policy and procedures, building HR capability into the business, and establishing trusted relationships as an advisor and partner. A strong understanding of employment law across multiple sectors is essential for success in this position.
The ideal candidate will be a HR Professional with a passion for employment law, holding CIPD Level 5 (minimum) qualifications. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to build relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
This opportunity comes with an estimated salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Our Client offers an attractive benefits package, opportunities for career growth, and a collaborative work environment.
