**Aramark UK** is currently recruiting for a capable and committed **ER Co-ordinator** who can work in a high volume, fast paced environment as part of our HR team.

Within this newly created role, you will play a key role in supporting the business by providing sound advice and guidance on all ER and policy matters whilst managing and resolving our ER tickets in a timely and efficient manner.

You will work as part of the HR team promoting positive employee relations, fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace culture, and mitigating risks and liabilities associated with employee-related matters.

This is a permanent and full-time position which will ideally be based within a commutable distance from our Leeds Shared Service Centre.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide a professional and compliant advisory service to employees across a broad range of ER queries, processes and policies
- Provide an administrative service to employees by producing correspondence, monitoring reports and documentation
- Manage volume cases through a Service Now ticketing system in a timely manner to meet SLAs escalating as appropriate
- Ensure all ER activity adheres to current statutory and legislative requirements
- Build excellent working relationships with business leaders, HR teams, employees and key stakeholders ensuring a first class customer service
- Identify customer needs, seeking and providing effective solutions to their queries
- Signpost and transfer employees to other HR service lines where appropriate
- Use the case management and HR system to record and maintain accurate records about activities and tasks undertaken
- Have a proactive and collaborative approach, working with HR colleagues and stakeholders to ensure timely and professional delivery

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience within an ER focussed role managing high volumes case loads
- Excellent understanding and experience of working with HR systems
- Credibly provides sound advice, accurate information and timely support to all stakeholders
- Proactive approach to keeping up to date with policy, process and legislation
- Ability to build strong working relationships/networks with all stakeholders and maintain a high degree of integrity
- Confidentiality with the ability to handle sensitive situations within data protection legislation
