An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to join Bespoke Healthcare's patient booking team due to further expansion and internal promotion.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who can work independently, managing their work load and ensuring they keep up with the current KPI's for their assigned contracts, but also someone who is a team player and will help and support their colleagues with waiting list pressures.

Reporting directly into the Clinic Coordinator, you will work closely with a number of NHS Trusts and Independent Sector companies who refer to us. This is a fast paced environment and every day is different.

Skills and Experience (Please note full training will be provided)
- Experience of booking appointments - Desirable
- Knowledge of patient admin systems - Desirable
- Excellent organisational skill and a systematic approach to work with care taken over detail and due regards to confidentiality - Essential
- Ability to work independently and act on own initiative - Essential
- Computer literate in MS Office - Essential
- Great interpersonal and teamwork skills - Essential

**Salary**: From £10.72 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
